Returns

We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return your product, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

First, please reach out to us at info@thehijabsouq.com to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item. This will ensure we are on the look out for your returned shipment. We recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return. Please do not reply to automated confirmation/shipping emails you receive, those are unattended mailing address that never reach us.

The Hijab Souq is not responsible for any mailing costs incurred for returning items. However, if you wish to exchange an item, The Hijab Souq will mail out the exchanged item at no cost

The Hijab Souq has a 30 day exchange policy whereby customers can exchange items for an equivalent value or less.

Order Cancelation

The Hijab Souq cannot cancel an order once an item has shipped. Customers are highly encouraged to review the cart before check out. By placing an order, customers are agreeing to the terms of our return, exchange and cancellation policies.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
